Eastwood is an 18-unit affordable building. This building was purchased October 31, 2002. The apartment rents are set at the same amount as the fair market rents for the area. A rehabilitation of the apartment building was completed in 2003. The rehabilitation work consisted of new siding, parking lot, roof, fire alarm system, appliances, carpet, and painting.
